We have ambitious goals and big-picture vision for Stuy, and through meticulous planning, we have an efficient and realistic method to reach them.

Maxanne Wallace-Segall
Hi, I'm Maxanne, fellow Stuyvesant freshmen and presidential candidate. I'm extremely passionate about social justice, advocacy, and speech; after debating for three years in middle school, I've refocused to Model UN. In addition, I love writing, creatively and journalistically.
In 8th grade, I was elected as school president, and throughout the year, addressed the concerns of all three grades of my middle school, extensively fundraised, worked with the PTA, and organized dances and events. I created a financial plan that successfully reached her ambitious goals, and was able to organize a Hollywood-themed 8th grade Prom, hiring paparazzis, DJs, and all. I also led my debate team, and was nominated to make a speech at graduation. I've had extensive experience in budgeting, fundraising for, and organizing events, and would bring these skills and thorough experience with me to student caucus.
Mitali Jhaveri
I’m currently involved in Model UN and Key Club, and I’m hopefully going to do indoor track when the season starts. Outside of school my hobbies include playing piano and spending time with friends. I was student ambassador of my middle school, I was nominated for and gave my graduation speech, and I was valedictorian of my middle school. These experiences taught me leadership skills, how to work with others, and how to put in complete effort and passion into a goal. They are also part of the reason I’d like to be involved in the student caucus, because I believe our campaign can truly make a difference and I’m willing to dedicate myself to improving the freshman experience at stuy.
Rhys Black
I'm Rhys Black, novice parliamentary debater and member of MUN. I like to play basketball in my free time and I'm trying out for the JV team as well. I chose to be a part of M&M because I want to allow freshman to have more power and independence.
Alexis Eber
My name is Alexis Eber, and I'm a member of Model UN and Kazoo Club, as well as art crew for STC's production of Anastasia! Outside of school, I enjoy drawing and painting, crocheting, baking, and listening to music (my favorite artist is Taylor Swift). I've never participated in student government before but I'm interested in event planning, so I'm really excited to help out Maxanne and Mitali
Jacky Wang
I'm Jacky Wang, I'm in the rowing club and volleyball club. Outside of school, I like to play volleyball with my friends. my hobbies are playing games, having fun with friends, and scroll on TikTok. I'm excited to work for M&M because I want to support my friends and I think they would make a positive change to the school.
Milan Gittens
Hey I’m Milan! I love swimming, diving, speech and debate, and hanging out with friends. Feel free to reach out to me if you have/want any book recs or just need someone to talk to! I was the class president for all 3 years of middle school so I can’t wait to help out Maxanne and Mitali succeed. For the sake of having a work-life balance, support the M&M campaign!!!
Frieda Kuehlmann
Hi! My name is Frieda Kuehlmann and I am a freshman. I am from Brooklyn and attended German School Brooklyn until the end of 8th grade. I am on the parliamentary debate team, in the Student Union (External Affairs Department), in Key Club and on the Girls Ultimate Frisbee Team. I love baking, reading, drinking tea and learning new languages!
